General features of Kazakhstanic part of the Caspian sea shore basically reflect main geological-structural elements of Pricaspian depression and Turan plate. Lowland accumulative plains correspond with the first one and they smoothly transform into marine botton with very small slopes; relatively elevated denudation plateau, framed by abrasive – accumulative shores correspond with the second one. Exclusion makes semi-island Buzachi structurally belonging to Turan, and by its relief attractive to low-lying Pricaspian region [Sydykov Zh.S., Golubtsov V.V., Kuandykov B.M. Caspian sea and its coastal zone (natural conditions and ecological state). Almaty, 1995, 211 pp. (in Russian)]. Coastal zone regionalization schematic as of structural – geomorphological conditions taken from the work [Sydykov Zh.S., Golubtsov V.V., Kuandykov B.M. Caspian sea and its coastal zone (natural conditions and ecological state). Almaty, 1995, 211 pp. (in Russian)], is given on Figure.
